That don't make no sense

I wonder why we have to click a button to everytime we submit an image to say whether it contains nudity, but then there are so many nudes (especially nude women, kissing and being provacative) on the popular list, that is displayed on the home page. I really don't care to look at nude women being provocative EVERY stinkin time I log on to DA. But, I have to make sure everyone is "Warned" when I put up a nude pic?
Why? If they have no choice but to see it anyway?

Looking at your art reminded me of one of my old best friend's family. He moved to California and his mom was like the coolest mom ever and looking at your art reminded me of her. Sorry this is random. That is all.
